Oatmere Serum is a stem cell serum that regenerates skin with a formula containing 4.5% Oat Extract to soothe, anti-inflammatory, and heal skin damage, while supplementing 9.9 ppm EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) to improve existing wrinkles and reduce the appearance of new ones, stimulate epidermal cell division, promote Elastin production, and restructure the skin. Instructions for use
