1. Delivery Policy

oh!oh! Vietnam ships to 64 provinces and cities nationwide. Normal shipping time is within 3 working days (for orders in Ho Chi Minh City), or 5 - 7 working days (for provincial orders). Shipping time may vary depending on weather conditions and the shipping carrier's situation, not including holidays or Saturdays and Sundays.

- Orders under 880,000đ: 20,000đ shipping fee
- Orders from 880,000đ: Free shipping

1. Return and exchange conditions

Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

The goods are not of the correct type or model as ordered or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.Insufficient quantity, incomplete set as ordered.The external condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents proving the aforementioned deficiencies to complete the return/exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products

Return/exchange notification period: within 48 hours from the time of receiving the product in cases where the product is missing accessories, gifts, or is broken.

Time for sending returned products: within 14 days from the time of receiving the product.

Product return/exchange location: Customers can bring the goods directly to our office/store or send them by post.
